In addition to my usual stuff, today I've really been sick with sore throat, head cold and migraine. I did, however, have you on my mind and want to get this to you tonight. Regarding the interview- these are my thoughts. You listed your diagnoses but I believe that that isn't enough. You should probably prepare a list of all your symptoms and then a statement as to how these symptoms impact your life and how they prevent you from working. Have you signed any medical releases and given them names of doctors and hospitals, yet? If not, have those names and addresses at your fingertips. I imagine they will then send you releases so they can obtain the medical records from those providers. Good luck, tomorrow, Heidi. Please let us know how it went.
