Guest guest
I am very interested in the topic of night sweats. I have them every time I sleep. It is gross to wake up in a ball of sweat. I thought it had something to do with my hormones because I am taking progesterone shots to stop my cycle. Someone told me it was from having a fever so every time I woke up in a pool of sweat I would take my temp.. Sometimes I do have a low grade and sometimes I don't. I noticed on my records that I am collecting that the DR's comment that I don't complain of night sweats. Someone got that wrong. I also question does anyone out there have weight problems. My weight has gone down as low as 110, and now it is up to 145. I am about 5'6. So now I am over weight. It seems as though I can't do anything to get my weight down to a reasonable weight. How can one gain weight when one does not eat that much, nor eat high fatty foods? I am still on my quest to get consultations for thoughts of surgery. I am now thinking that I may have new stents put back in me, which will give me time gather info about my surgery options. I do not want to just jump into someone's operating room unless I know that I will have some positive relief. Right now I am doing fine and I was able to control a nasty attack this week without going to the ER. I am learning to hang in there as long as I can before I enter the sliding doors of the ER...That's all for now.... best wishes to all..........Paget
