It has taken me a long time to correlate the amount of

disease. But it isn't as

, I agree completely. It is so easy to become overwhelmed just

in doing the things that many others do without a second thought. At

my worst, by the end of bathing I was entirely exhausted and in a

great deal of pain. We just have to learn to be really tuned into our

bodies and the messages they send us, and respond kindly to them.

PS, I am glad to know you are well enough to be on the board, I

haven't had a chance to say hello lately. I hope you keep your chin

up and remember to smile, it releases endorphins!! Much Love, Keri
