Guest guest Posted April 30, 2003 Report Share Posted April 30, 2003 Hi My son recently was dx with Crohn's disease. He too,had terrible stomach aches. I would pick him up from school often. His whole mood was terrible. So cranky and not himself. We went through all the testing and he went on some new med called asacol. It reduces the inflamation in his bowel. He is so much better since being on this med. A week after he started his mood changed and he was having alot less pain. Hope you get an answer soon.
