Guest guest Posted May 19, 2003 Report Share Posted May 19, 2003 Hi Heidi - I didn't realize eggs were that high in fat. They just seem like protein to me, although I do realize they have fat. I eat two eggs every morning - soft-boiled- and here I was thinking I'm doing so well with a low-fat diet! I've never eaten much fat or fried foods, so I guess the eggs are about it. I have been trying to stick to protein for weight reasons, but maybe I'm better off with a piece of toast or something like that for breakfast. Thanks!
