Hi Paget,

Sorry to hear about your recent setback but am glad that it helped

you become further aware of what is needed to live a pain-free

existence. I too have the same problem. I used to be a jogger,

logging 20 miles per week but haven't bee able to excercise much

beyond mild walking a couple of days a week. Talk about

frustrating! But, it beats the alternative...

I have to cut my grass every week (I would love to hire someone to do

this for me but, since I am no longer working and am on limited

funds, cannot justify the added expense to the family budget) but I

am only able to do this job maybe twice a month. Luckily, my

neighbors are all aware of my illness and are understanding about it

but this really makes feel badly; like I was a lzy bum or something.

Anyway, I too find that whenever I do cut my lawn, it takes me up to

3-4 days to recover from it. And it's a small lawn! Hang in there

Paget. As we live with this illness the more we learn about

ourselves and what we are permitted to do at any given time. You may

have to quit the " energizer bunny " routine however...
