Guest guest
I also have a form of divisum; the ducts are twisted and looping and then become narrow where as the sphinter pressure is increased; dialates and then it all backs up. A vicious cycle. I am 42 with 3 school age kids. The sugeon opened it up a lot, and removed a lot of scar tissue (from the ercps I think) so he said, and I will have a stent pulled in about a month. Unfortunately he also said there was was significant damage to the head of the pancreatitis and I have focal chronic pancreatitis. I hope to return to work after that. I have a wonderful career that I love. Besides I was never meant to be the stay at home June Cleaver sort..lol. I/m sorry you still have problems. I hate enzymes and will have to be near starvation before I ever take them again. You are the first person I have met who has had this procedure. Thanks for responding. Warmly,
