Guest guest
Have a great time. I am CANCELLING my make a wish trip. just isn't " up " to it. She is so tired and worn out that I think it would be too much for her - Disneyland, etc. Also, I schedule Dylan's sinus surgery for 2/20.....apparently he is " full of polpys " and one side completely obstructed....DAMN......He is my sensory guy who refuses meds and hates to be touched and have things on him..He will freak with an IV.. I am going to be crazy worrying about him. Yesterday my husband and I talked for 6 hours!! He wants to really try and I agreed. I pray/hope/wish I am doing the right thing. At least it will buy me time for the kids to get older...I don't think he will change but if he can be " nice " I can live with that. I am sick - sore throat - bronchititus...am on...guess??? ZITHROMAX....Thank god I have a collection of it here........ Today is a snow day YEAH! They even announced my building - where I work not own - is closed! I work in a State Building. I love tellling people " I work for the State " ....lol Rosemary from New York with 3 children with CF - they are 12.5, 10, 6...... I coined the phrase " BREATHE DAMMIT " ; we have a dog we named -are you ready for this - TOBI after their medication!!! At least it wasn't albuterol or Coly... Guest guest
Rosemary, I am so happy to hear that you and Hubby talked for so long yesterday. That's terrific and at least it's a step in a more positive direction. I think some men freak when they realize you might ACTUALLY leave. I know my Dad did when my Mom had had enough of his BS. Will be keeping you in my prayers. Also love and prayers for your kids that they are feeling better soon and you can reschedule that wonderful Wish Christy Mom of Wyatt 7wcf and Hunter 2.5wocf w/ a myserious rash > Have a great time. Depression and alcoholism are both DISEASES and not only personal weaknesses. I hope your husband gets that and looks out for medical help. Have a nice weekend, get well and enjoy the snow. We will bring my mom-in-law home tomorrow and there we'll find at least 20 inches of snow too. Peace Torsten

Guest guest
Rosemary, I haven't done a good job of staying up-to-date with this site. I see that you have been under a lot of stress. I hate to see that. I hope that things work out however you want them to. I wish that I could help. Thanking of you, Gale > Have a great time. Guest guest
I'm really glad your hubby is seeing the light. Hope fully it will make things easier for you. So sorry to hear about cancelling the trip-- you can do it another time can't you? Good luck and I'll be thinking of you and Dylan. I hope he does OK, they can premedicate him with something oral if he is really freaked. love, Re: Rosemary up-date Have a great time. I am CANCELLING my make a wish trip. just isn't " up " to it.
