Guest guest
Do you take GSH orally or do you inhale it? I usually lurk, but I thought I'd tell you about GSH- or gluthathione. My son, Jake, who is 3 with CF has been inhaling it since he was 6 months old. I feel it does help him. It is a muculoid, meaning it helps thin the mucous. It gets quite costly, because insurance doesn't cover it, but if it helps him even 1%- we're there. Our doctor at the cf clininc knows Jake is on it, and is okay with it. He says it won't hurt him and maybe it'll benefit him. When Jake was in the hospital, we even sneaked it in!
