Shirley,

Thanks so much for the info! I have looked all over the web and have

found lots of general info, but not necessarily the specifics I was

looking for. I intend to gather my thoughts a little and then e-mail

Dr Sutherland with a brief synopsis of my case along with my specific

questions. Do you think this would be appropriate?

I am seeing my GI specialist in July and plan on trying to get a

referral to a surgeon. My insurance coverage is pretty good about

referrals out of the network. Do you have any specifics about the

name and location of Dr Sutherland's Clinic/Hospital?
