Subject: The Real Mccoy Estate Sale July 27,28,29 at 24 Grandview Ave N.

Hi All, I hope you are all having a nice relaxing summer(is there such a

thing?) I have a nice sale this Fri,Sat 9-4, and Sun 10-1(July 27,28,29) on

24 Grandview Ave in North Caldwell. It is very easy to get to. You can get

to Grandview Ave from Passaic Ave to Greenbrook Rd, bear left at the fork.

House is on the corner of Shenendoah Dr. Or from Bloomfield Ave to Central

ave in Caldwell.

This is a tiny house but it has some interesting items plus a barn in the

rear of the property with lots of garden equipment(mowers, etc). Everything

is priced to sell. The main house has some interesting 50's Danish Modern

furniture including a small Dining room set complete with 1 leaf and 6

chairs. Also, Danish Modern are the wood, glass and leather living room

tables. There is a very nice sofa bed and a white vinyl chair, a console TV

and Stereo. This is a blast from the past if you like the 50's. An Atomic

Ball Lamp rounds out the 50's mode. There are other lamps in the 50's style

and a nice brass cherub lamp. On there porch is a nice 6 piece iron porch

set priced to move.

There are two Bedroom sets. One is a very nice Art Deco set w/the Vanity

that has the large ornate mirror and the chair that matches. There is also

a matching Armoire, cedar chest and radio. The wooden twin beds in that room

do not match the Deco set but compliment it. There is another Bedroom set

with a full size bed, 2 end tables, and a dresser w/mirror all with painted

decorations. There is also a 50's modern desk.

There is a nice Oak mission style cabinet and a Barrister bookcase(as is and

priced to sell) in the basement plus lots of bar glasses, bar stools, a

peacock wall hanging, some tables and chairs, 3D light up deer picture(now

don't you all be fighting over it!)an old Locker, a craftsman shop vac,

gardening and cleaning supplies..

There are quite a number of kitchen appliances from HSN still in their

boxes: Rocket Grill 2000, freestanding grill, griddle, 18 qt and 6 qt

roasters, convection oven, slow cooker, just to name a few. There is a lot

of kitchen and restaurant ware (Buffalo and Shenango dishes) and cookware,

Revere, ultrex, and tons of utensils(Cutco knives plus more) and more

cleaning supplies.There are 2 Oreck portable Vacs. Also, blown glass

vases, mirrored tray, Crystal Lotus Candlesticks, Dragonware teaset,

Homer Laughlin Georgian pattern dishes w/22K trim, Empress China Platinum

trimmed dishes, an everyday floral set plus a pottery dish set from Italy.

Also, in the garage. Old Kirby and Electrolux attachments. Old windows,

screens, Fans, and Luggage, cleaning supplies.

Don't forget the yellow barn to the rear of the property(facing the house,

follow the driveway on the left. I will have arrows) for gardening equip.

Please pay in the main house for those items. Some are priced and some are

not. There are a few cement planters close to the house.
