She has a fever and is coughing a lot, even she is coughing stuff up, its yellow. Do you think yellow means staph? Her temps have been up to 102 F, sorry I don't know the C, I called the CF clinic and they didn't call me back. They probably will in the am but I think I will take her to her primary doc anyway. It doesn't really seem to be CF but it could go that way. My husband is also home sick, same thing. They both had flu shots so I dunno, I guess it could be flu anyway, but with Ang I want her on an antibiotic. My Son Nick is OK, I guess, he is at school, but we haven't gotten any calls or anything. I'm also OK so far so hope I don't get it. I did talk to a nurse yesterday and she said its a new virus and so thats why the flu shot isn't affective for it. Your right, it could get worse especially sense she has cf. Last yr Amber got a virus with high temps and that went on for about 7 days, she ended up in the hospital. I'm not trying to scare you because that was partly our fault sense we were so new to cf anyway, we just didn't see the signs and thought she would get over it. Glad your taking in now, sure they can catch this before it gets worse.
