Hey

I'm interested in the course, and the book I'll get through

Amazon, if I can. It sounds like it might be just the thing for me,

having two chronic conditions. I know many of us have more

than our one medical problem of pancreatitis in the group, so

perhaps something like this would be of interest to many.

Send me any information you can to my personal email. This

new doctor you've got sounds like a take charge kind of guy and

I'm really happy that you've found someone who's taking a

positive interest in your well being.

Keep us posted with the results and news of any or all of your

tests.

With hope and prayers,

Heidi

called " Take Charge " and is designed for those with any kind of

chronic condition, and their caregivers. In my area it is held for 2

1/2 hours, once a week, for 6 weeks. The textbook is " Living a

Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions " by Kate Lorig, RN, DrPH,

Halstead Holman, MD, Sobel, MD, Daiana t, MPH,

Virgina , MPH, and n Minor, RPT, PHD.

This week's section on " Anger, Fear and Frustration " really hit

home for me
