It works great for me and I own my own business so my clients are great when I need to take my kids to doctor appointments. I would find a part-time job that is flexible. Business are desperate for help and will take anything just to have employees. My husband and my hours have always worked out GREAT all we ever need for day care was two days a week and they were only there about 5 or 6 hours a day. Hope this helps Deb A
