My son has recently began taking an over the counter weight gain

product that has helped him. He has a very hard time gaining weight

most of his life. The product is called " Wally's Gain Weight and

Muscle " .

Graham's doctor approved it saying that it had no harmful hormones or

products in it. They are having a two for one special at the moment =)

Graham also has luck with weight and health by not eating lots of

fats...but

by eating lots of complex carbohydrates, pastas, good breads, fish,

skinless

chicken prepared in the Mediterranean fashion. Good cook books by

Wells are full of good healthy foods =)

Traci was on Megace for about 9 months and it was a miracle. She ate anything

all the time. Gained enough weight to get her g-tube out after not using it

for a year. Then her doctor found out that Megace is hard on the liver and

since CFs have a hard time with the liver he took her off. He switched her to

periactin. We know it helps, because we tried to take her off and her

appetite dropped, but not as well.
