Guest guest
Beth Great to hear from you. I'm so glad you got Will back with DR. Fox. Is he treatign Will's pain? Did he define abnoramal at all concerning the head of his pancreas. Abnormal can cover quite a range of things. We have had no expereience with J-tubes but the idea of resting the stomach and pancreas is what they have done for every admission for Cassie. For her it was IVBut she still can get IV's after several attemps, also her nutritional status is pretty good, no signs of malabsorbtion, and she's a little overweight. She has also never lingered longer than 10 days where we don't get food into her. I am sure that you will get a response from someone out there who has had experience with The J tube that can help you out. God bless and take care Patty Hurst Bangor, ME Maine State Rep PAI
