I have recently had my cholestrol levels checked and again they have

come back above average I can't understand this because I haven't ate

any fat in my food in over 1 1/2 years I stick to a low fat diet and

still have this problem is it due to the absortion problem does

anyone else have this problem?

Alwaysinpain,

Have you checked to see if there is any genetic reasons for your

high cholesterol levels? Quite often this problem is passed

down in families, and if you have been eating low fat for this long

and still show high cholesterol, it might be time to research your

genetic history.

High cholesterol is also a problem with overweight people, is

your weight any kind of a problem?

Just some thoughts, I hope this helps.

With hope and prayers,

Heidi
