Guest guest
ka, I didn't put up to much of a fight myself, mainly because I came close to losing my job (and any disability and medical benefits I had with it). Since my company has a long term disability insurance on top of SSD, I judge it better to go on disability then lose my job. I really didn't want to quit work, but I knew I wasn't doing my job the way I should and I've always been proud of being an excellent employee and doing more than the job required. When I couldn't even do the basics of the job, it was time to go. Unfotunately, the weekend has been pain free, but it hasn't been horrible either. Hope yours is as pain free as possible.
