the trials and tribulations of cf centers

A friend of mine currently in a cf center for a tune-up for PA and Staph

A., and H. Flu, writes that a resident came into her room, sat down with

a note pad, and asked her " What kind of disease is this that you have? "

(In the same center where her cf doctor of many years is allegedly in

charge). She thought a minute, thought of all the paper products con

sumed by persons with cf for the sinuses, the sputum and the back door, and

said, " Sir, I have a tissue disease! " He left and sent a more

senior physician in--all worked out well! I rather liked the anecdote.
