Guest guest
Not by much. It takes my boys 20-30 min. granted they turn off the machine (a pulmo aide). Which nebulizer cup are you using? Rosemary in NY with 3 children (12, 10 and 6) with CF. I have a dog named TOBI and coined the phrase " BREATHE DAMMIT "
Guest guest
In Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Tobi is just beggining to be used, so we have little experience with it. My daughter Miriam, 15 yo is taking 35 minutes to enhale Tobi using a proneb compressor. Is it true that with a Pulmo-Aide compressor the time taking to nebulize Tobi is shorter? How long does it take? Is it the best? Ivan Figueira father of Miriam 15 yo wcf

Guest guest
Rosemary We are using the Pari jet plus. But 20-30 min is better than 35-40 that my daughter is taking with tobi. Hence I would like to buy pulmo aide. In the next week (16th - 25th) I will attent a psychiatric meeting in San Francisco. Do you know where can I buy this machine (pulmo aide) there? We have to fight to diminish the time spent with the total CF treatment to enhance adolescents' adherence to the treatment. Guest guest
We have the Pari Proneb-Ultra and it takes a more like 20 minutes a far cry from the 35 to 45 mins it used to take us with the old clunker we had. You are probably going to need a prescription for it. n Rojas lives in the Bay area she will probably let you know where to get it in San Francisco. Guest guest
We just recently got the Pari Pro-neb Ultra too, and its really good, seems a lot faster. Did they discontinue the Pari Turbos? We had gone through 2 of them and they both burnt out. Ivan, when you get to San Fransisco, look in the phone book for medical supply stores, and ask if you need a Rx. We have bought one before in Texas when the one we had died while we were visiting and they didn't make us get a Rx. Maybe n knows a good medical supply store. love, M Re: Pulmo-Aide question > > > > > > > Not by much. It takes my boys 20-30 min. granted they turn off > the > > machine > > > (a pulmo aide).
