Guest guest Posted May 6, 2003 Report Share Posted May 6, 2003 First of all thank you so much to all who have responded to my enzyme dilemma. I think it may be starting to even out a little now. No I didn't gradually move him up to 2 capsules of Ultrase, to be honest it didn't even occur to me that I should. No idea where my head was at that moment. Over the last 2-3 days I've been really increasing his food intake. He's now tolerating cow's milk nicely whereas before it made him break out. He's drinking one scadishake per day and eating lots of table foods. I think the increase in calories and fat probably helped his stool situation. I also decided to only give him one with bottles and to give the 2 with larger meals. Seems to be working so far! He goes back to the clinic June 3rd so hopefully he'll have a sufficient weight increase by then. Overall he's gained approximately 13 pounds this. I think that's great, I just wish the doctor would too! To , DebA & Grandmom Bev: Thanks for the compliments on my babies! Needless to say that I agree with you all whole heartedly! To : This is my first year doing a Great Strides Walk and I was going to do the thank you notes for my walkers as well. I don't have a heck of lot of money either but still want to do something nice. I've been busy making rose shaped chocolate pops to sell for a fundraiser so I thought I could just attach one of those to each thank you note.
