Go straight to the Superintendent of the school district. Document each

conversation you have with this teacher incl. date, time, etc.... Take a

letter to the Superintendent stating all the facts and requesting a formal

hearing, make a copy of the letter, then hand deliver to the school district

and make the sec/receptionist sign the copy as being received. I believe the

district must respond within 10 days to your request by law.
