Hello again ,

You asked about what caused people's CP. Mine is hereditary. My

mother had this disease. I have had abdominal pains and/or other

symptoms all my life. Even so, the docs have only just (last March)

made the final diagnosis with a CT scan. Well, it has only taken 52

years to diagnose....I had my first attack at the age of 5! I'm

still looking for my place in the Guinness Book of Records for the

length of time a diagnosis took! I know CP isn't the easiest thing

to diagnose but....52 years!! Seriously, I think I've been lucky so

far because my attacks were fairly well spaced out in the past and

didn't interfere too much in my life. They've been getting worse and

much more frequent over the last couple of years.

Best wishes and good luck,

Fliss (short for Felicity!)
