Hi, Gang, the only reason I posted that entirely ridiculous saga is that

it is the only time that I can think of where I quite literally was saved

from

(police dept.) disaster by having cystic fibrosis--I mean usually when

one really coughs up, one is shunned; this time, I created terror, without

intending to, and they dropped the whole stupid debate and accusation.

I am glad that it seems to have cheered a few people on, however.

Thank you, Deanna, for your post, and all the many who have written to

me about what happened to me. It's after all, all about advocacy, for

one's self as a person, for one's children and spouse, family and friends

who need it--whether for cf or, as in this case, police misperception.

Thank you for your kind forebearance; I just have to assume that the

webmaster would delete the doggoned thing, or the moderator would

or something, if it were not appropriate to be hilarious from time to time!

And my life is a complete bore compared to that of my eldest sister's!

Heck, and she was only a cf carrier! One hates to think. . . . .
