Guest guest
Hi , We appreciate all the prayers we can get. Bless you and your family!!! It was quite a shock as we thought they had ruled cancer out before the surgery, so we were not even thinking about it. Ruby
Guest guest
Ruby, tell Floyd that he and you are both in my prayers that something will happen to stop the cancer from spreading any further. It is just so sad that he has had this on top of the pancreatitis. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@... Guest guest
Dear Ruby, Please tell Floyd that he is very much in my thoughts and in my prayers, as well as you are, Ruby, during this very difficult time. It is hard to find the words to express my sorrow over this unwelcome news. Yet I do hope that in the months ahead the two of you will enjoy much good companionship and love within the safe havens surrounding his family and friends in New York, and that in the months ahead Floyd will be as pain-free as possible. I wish I knew whether there were any other treatment options available other than what is being done right now. There is a cancer hospital that advertises tremendous successes when all others fail on the regional SC networks. I can't think of the name now, but will email you if I can find the information. My doctor insisted on doing three different bowel obstruction studies and x-rays during my current hospitalization with acute pancreatitis with psueudocyst enlarement. I was annoyed at this seemingly unnecessary precaution, UNTIL I read your letter today about Floyd. I won't ever find fault with my doctor's thoroughness in this matter again. Do take care. I am praying for your strength and for peace for you both. With hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth South Carolina SC & SE Regional Rep. PAI, Intl. Guest guest
Ruby, I hope Floyd will defy odds. It does happen. I hope he gets the care he needs so that he may enjoy his life and take each day as a blessing and a gift. For all of us, each day is surely a gift. Blessings and peace to you both, Bert
