I've never worked with the company you guys are working with, but I know

with ABI, we had the vest within two days after the approval--I think it was

actually the next day! They UPS'd it immediately overnight, and do the same

thing whenever I need a part, etc. Which reminds me, I need to call

them--the internal timer isn't correct anymore--it shuts off at about 8

minutes, rather than 10.

Yes, this company tries to get it right to you too. I'm just not sure with the

weekend and stuff. Plus they send a trainer to show you how to work it and care

for it. We can't wait!
