I know there is at least one nasal saline that you can buy in stores that contains xylitol, but I don't remember the name. Karin (mom of , lives in Texas -- is she on this list?) located some to use with their Grosman water pik thingie. If Karin isn't on this list, I know she's on Crataegus...
