Guest guest Posted September 15, 2003 Report Share Posted September 15, 2003 Hi, While I agreee that my doctor told me the same thing about alcohol, he also said that the flavor of the alcohol was still present and that my pancreas might be sensitive to the taste. So I haven't taken the chance to make my " famous " spaghetti sauce that includes wine as an ingrediant. Just another opinion.
