Yes, our baby wasn't that big either (6lb. 14oz.) especially compared to her

older sister (who was over 8lb.). I was so big that I was sure she would be

huge. The only thing that didn't make sense was how much she was moving, even

when I went past my due date. When they broke my water it went everywhere and

the midwife made a comment about how there was so much fluid. At the time we

all laughed. Of course once we realized why it wasn't so funny. I got stretch

marks around my belly button with Leila that I never got the first time around,

and even gained a little less weight. Strangers were sure I had twins!

I was that way with our child with cf; I just thought that I was simply MORE

PREGNANT than any mother in human history--dropped 45

lbs. right on the delivery table--of fluid, that is! Odd, kid was rather

small at 6lbs.
