Guest guest
Deanna, Wow, thank you so much. I really appreciate you taking the time to give so much detail/information to me. I seem to be very similar to you in a lot of respects. I, too, will not have anymore ERCP's because of the same reason as you. I also have SOD with a congenital loop in my pancreatic duct, which always makes my pressures rise, but my docs won't do anymore ERCP's because of the acute attacks of pancreatitis and also because of all of the scar tissue that goes along with it. I scar very fast. As for the pain, my pain has always been, like you, in the middle of my chest and radiates straight through to my back, but just in the last couple of weeks it has changed a little to the left side and around my back. As for the TMJ, my step-dad is a retired dentist. I do have a night splint and I actually just got it back out Saturday night and have worn it two nights now and what a difference. That is feeling much better. I do grind very bad and clench at night also. I sometimes wake myself up clenching so tight. Again, thank you for all the information you passed on to me. I really appreciate it. Thanks for answering my posts, sometimes they go unanswered for a while and I wonder if I am asking stupid questions?! I hope we can become " friends " and that I can ask you questions in the future since you seem so versed in this horrible disease. Thoughts and prayers are with you. Your friend.
