Dear Percy, I actually had tears reading your post, to be treated so

badly is horrible. And you are right something should be done about

it,,,the big question,,,,WHAT,,,,My daughter has gone thru some

horrible nitemares in the hospital also and when we tried to get an

attorney to take the case, no one wanted too. They say they are

there to help, but then turn you down. In my daughters case, she

would be dead now if her husband and I had not taken her out on our

own in the middle of the night and trasferred her, via car, and much

discomfort to her to another hospital, 30 miles away. They refused

to get us an ambulance to transfer her. She doesnt remember this

trip, thank heavens, she was too far gone.

But to be treated as you and she have been is not even human. I also

have had some bad experiences with the ER rooms and when you are in

great pain and need help, you sure dont want to hear the nonsense

talk going on between them.

I was taken into the ER room at one time thinking I had a stroke and

the ER Doctor did not touch me, did not question me, did not examine

me, did not test me, but only stood at the foot of my bed and tell me

that I was crazy. Luckily for me, one of the ambulance drivers was

still there and over heard it and reported him. He was fired. But

who knows what he is doing to others at this time.

Getting any attorney to take a medical case is almost impossible,

unless you can find one with compassion. I have completely lost

faith in the medical field in this area and am begging my daughter to

get away from here and try to find help elsewhere...,,but there you

go again,,,,,,where is elsewhere???? Each procedure she has

undergone has turned into an nightmare for her, it is no wonder that

she has just quit doctoring and going to one doctor only to get pain

medication,which I know is wrong and so does she, but what is the

alternative.

I wanted so to pick up the phone and call you when I read this, but I

would have probably only ended up crying and that would have done you

no good. I can only hope you have gone thru the last of this and

that you can find someone to treat you humanly. Thinking of you, Jean
