Guest guest
Laurie: I just wanted to wish you luck tomorrow. My prayers and thoughts will be with you. If it is SOD and they do a spincterotomy like they did for me, that type of pain will be gone. To me that pain was like the " pain out of the sky " to coin a phrase I heard first here! I have not had any of that sort of pain since the first ERCP. I only had the second due to scar tissue in my pancreatic duct, and though my recovery was worse after the second one (the perforation didn't help that), I have to say lately my pain has been much better, and I have actually been able to cut my medication in half from what I was taking. Sometimes I even forget to take my breakthrough...which I was taking religiously for the past two months every 4-6 hours. So, there is a good chance it will help your pain, if it is pancreatitis. I will look forward to hearing from you as soon as you are able to post a message! A BIG HUG!! Robin Robin R. Sr. Production Planning Specialist * (ext. 102) * (fax) robin.cox@...
