Yahoo's TOS (Terms of Service)

Hello to all,

What a Symposium! If you thought it was something, you should have heard the

talk that was reported to me that was going on between the medical community

around Indiana University Medical Center, Riley Children's Hospital, and

Methodist Hospital, as well as the Indiana University Purdue University Medical

School. We were the talk. I have so much to share. First thing tomorrow.

Tull caught me up to date regarding the unauthorized solicitation from a new

member. However defined, it is a violation of Yahoo's terms of service (TOS).

The PAI is an organization that operates as any other institution. I reviewed

the several links that this individual provided and found that regardless of

legal issues, the PAI does not permit any solicitation other than that arising

from and approved by the Board of Directors or qualified agent(s).

Per the PAI agreement with Yahoo as proprietor, this individual has been

suspended pending investigation by Yahoo's internal review to determine if there

are any state or federal agencies arising out of content submitted, posted,

transmitted or made available through the PAI. Previous reports have been

submitted on this individual due to similar activity on other boards, all

tracing

back to a personal web page, with no apparent business of operation.

To safe guard any further interaction by an unknowing member, all posts /

links / URL's from this individual or those pertaining to, referencing, or

commenting in regard to any such solicitation have been deleted. A copy of all

such

correspondence has been forwarded to Yahoo as detailed in our responsibility

for reporting suspected violations of TOS, particularly as it pertains to

unlawful and unauthorized solicitations.

preferred location for any discussion, etc.
