Guest guest
Does anyone have any suggestions for something to help me sleep? I was on klonopin for a couple of years until I started to have major symptons from the drug! Then I got some releif from 3mg. & then 6mg. of melatonin, but it is no longer working either. I can't take the tricyclic antidepressants, so I'm back to tylenol pm that does not work very well & since I take hydrocodone 2x daily....I'm wondering that maybe it's a withdrawal symptom? I see a new internist this Tuesday, but if anyone has any suggestions, I'm ready. I have gone thru menopause, so that's adding to the problem & then I believe the fat malabsorption may also be the culprit. So....love to hear from anyone. Thanking you in advance.....praying for relief...love & best wishes to you all....
Guest guest
, I am taking Trazadone to help me on the days when I can't get to sleep. How much you need varies greatly per person, so your doctor will have to initially decide on what dosage to try you on and then work from there, but it's worth looking into. Guest guest
Hi , My doctor gave me something called Temazepam I take 15mg and it works well for me and I do not wake up groggy the next morning. I only take them when I have trouble turning my mind off at night. I am in Canada so the drug names differ from time to time but it may do the trick for you. I hope this helps. All the best, Michele Does anyone have any suggestions for something to help me sleep? wishes to you all....
Guest guest
Temazepam is the generic name for Restoril, which is a short term treatment for insomnia. There are precautions against taking it on a regular basis over an extended period of time (more than one month).
