non understanding family and pain meds

OH ka,

I'm so sorry your relatives are so mean to you about this disease. I'm

afraid I do have caring relatives, but my a number of my close friends

don't understand it. I have been told repeatedly by one that I " have to

get off those pain meds or I'll get addicted " . Duh. What am I supposed

to do to stop the pain if I don't take the pain meds? She had no answer

for this. But you are NOT alone in this world. You have us! WE all think

of you as family and you are not alone! We are here for you. We love you

and understand what you are going thorough and how hard this diease is

on everyoone and how lonely it can make you feel.
