Also, please mention that child should NOT be penalized for late work due to absense and will be given time to makeup assignments and/or tests upon return to school. This is good to help alleviate some of the pressure kids have about returning to school on Monday and taking test on Tuesday! With respect to treatments, sometimes things have to be spelled out, i.e. how many and what - also, be sure to have drs. notes, scripts, etc. available. The best way to deal with School District is to be informed and prepare for everything! Rosemary from New York with 3 children with CF - they are 12.5, 10, 6...... I coined the phrase " BREATHE DAMMIT " ; we have a dog we named -are you ready for this - TOBI after their medication!!! At least it wasn't albuterol or Coly...
