Guest guest
Hi to the author of this post, I dont know your name but I would like to applaud you for a great post. My husband is in the Air Force, still stateside, but waiting for his orders to go. This war, unfortunately, touches us each in a different, and maybe not so different way. My kids sit and wait, like they did a year ago, for their daddy to go away, and although I try to be strong for them, they still sense the stress. Kinda the same with CF, I try to be strong for them, so they see good in everything, but realize that sometimes things not so good happen. We are all battling this disease on one level or another, and we are either at different places with our individual battle, and some of us are in kinda the same place, but we are all together with it. I like coming here, it gives me a chance to discuss things that are important to me, things that I cant talk to just anybody because they dont understand. People on this list who are in the same place because of the war invite those of us who have no one to talk to about the fears of both things. The understanding here is much appreciated. Take care, , mommy of 4, 3 wcf, a g-tube and his wonderful personality, ,18, and she now has her own car, Caleb, 8 and getting too old to fast, and , 7, my little artist.
