We tried them in the beginning. I didn't find it that effective. It worked

sometimes. I just love the vest!

interesting question. I was just thinking of the same thing yesterday as I got

up off a back massage mat, I started coughing. I have a terrible sinus

infection and have been bringing up mucus myself for a few days. I was thinking

of trying my daughter on the massage mat at PT time to see if it helped at

all.........

Has anybody ever used massagers for cpt?

,

We use something like a massager, called a percussor. You can buy them from

Grandma Bev. Our insurance would not pay for it, said manual cpt was just

as good. But it was worth the $400. we paid. At the time we bought it I

had a broken arm and couldn't do manual cpt. I couldn't say if it is as

effective, since JC rarely coughs anyway, but it's better on the wrists and

arms of the person doing to cpt.

We just bought him a trampoline for his birthday too. We went ahead an

bought a full size one with the net sides. I'm hoping that will be good for

his lungs too.

id say the tramp you bought ( hehe) is a great idea!

id think it would work better than the percussor( i hate those machines and

found my works better as a door stop).

Good luck- keep up the good work
