Guest guest
There are Lactose intolerant cheeses and milks now also they have soy milks. I don't know if they carry less calories but I do know they have many products out there that help people that can't tolerant milk. I have problems with Milk but cheese do not bother me, yogurt bothers me to. So you might experiment with different things before you totally take everything away, I think there is more lactose in different products. Guest guest
My daughter has recently experienced a lot of digestive problems. Her docs have changed her enzymes and ran all kinds of tests, only to find out everything it working as it should. We are now finding out that she may be lactose intolerant. For the past 2 years I have been adding powdered milk to everything. I have been using whole milk, half and half, ice cream and cheese to supplement her diet and add fat and calories. What do I do now?? Hopefully there are other parents on the list that have experienced this problem. Thanks! Guest guest
Hi, My nephew (no CF ) is anaphylactic. He is allergic to a lot of foods and dairy could kill him. My sister uses Rice milk and Rice ice cream for him. I'm not sure if it has as many calories (probably not) but it is an alternative for those who cannot have milk products. Lactose Intolerant?
