What to take for backache . . .

Now I'm getting scared . . . I also have a herniated disk in my back

that has flared up for three weeks now. My dr. prescribed a week's

worth of celebrex that I completed some days ago, but the pain is

still there. Won't get in to see orthopedist for two more weeks yet.

What can I take (besides the Aleve or Tylenol) that I've been taking

these past days? HELP PLEASE
