Guest guest
Hi Beth, Thanks for taking the time to reassure me that your husbands terrible experience was just a fluke. I understand that in my head, but you know how your anxiety influenced imagination can become overactive! I am sure that things will work out well for me and I have been told that my case will be brought to the attention of the best pancreatobiliary doc for his opinion. I ama also hoping that he take on any long term care that I may need. So things are not that bleak. If he is agreeable, maybe I can meet with him before the other GI guy (who I will not get a chance to meet before the procedure because of the favor he is doing me by covering for my doc that quit) does the ERCP. I will not have any chance to discuss this with the substitute doc on the day of the procedure because it will be done under general anesthesia and I will be out before the GI doc even gets into the room. Thanks again! Laurie -
