Pulmonary Disease Camp

Hey All,

I am remeinding everyone about the Pulmonary Disease Retreat in July. Its

time for everyone to mail me their deposit of $4.

I hope you might be able to go...it'll be a lot of fun.You would need to be

in Raleigh,NC the 17th of July if you live outside of the area.Or you can

drive straight to the Rafting outpost to meet us there at 12 noon on the

18th.If you meet in Raleigh, we will leave EARLY on July 18th for the Trip

and will be back the 21st.

There will be RT's and RN's and a doc on the trip.

If you have any other friends who may be interested please pass along the

info. Any patient with a pulmonary disorder ages 12-40 can attend.Maybe you

could all have a road trip down here or fly here together.You can get

excellent deals online.

I do need $4 to hold a spot for you ASAP.As soon as you could put the Cash or

Check in the Mail would be greatly appreciated. I need to have the deposit

sent in by March 18th to USA Raft.

It's again July 18-21st ( Out of towners need to be here the 17th or aririve

at the Rafting Outpost by 12 noon on the 18th.)

The cost for everything iis $130.The total amount (after the $4 Deposit) is

due June 8th.

I really hope you can come.CFers will be required to do a Sputum culture 3

months prior to their attending the retreat.

Patients who have EVER Cultured B. Cepacia are unable to attend and patients

must have been MRSA/ORSA free for at least 2 years.ALso patients with

Pan-Resistant Organisms cannot attend.

PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP if you are going to or plan on attending. I do have a

brochure I can email you if you need additional information.

USA Raft will be providing the Rafting activities and Mountain Adventure

Guides will be providing the other activities. Campers will be staying in a

large bunk house. the cabin does have electricity and there is hot water for

showers.
