Guest guest
Dear , Caffiene is one of those products that is known to cause gastrointestinal upset and is frequently seen on pancreatitis sites as something to avoid. I drink a cup or two on days that I'm feeling okay, but stay away from it if I'm having any kind of pancreas pain. The same applies to coke, it is the caffiene in coke that causes any upset. There are many days when I just have to ignore housework. Bending over, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, bending over the washer and dryer to do laundry.....all these activities can bring on pain that remains for days. I find that on days that I absolutely HAVE to do housework........before the dust bunnies multiply, the laundry basket is overflowing and I can't find any clean spoons...LOL, those are days that I have to double up on my meds and collapse in the afternoon for a two hour nap. Sex, too, can be difficult. Some days are worse than others. We have learned to that it's better without having too much weight placed on the abdomen. Extended foreplay helps, also, as it tends to speed up the activity once you get started. With hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth South Carolina SE & SW Regional Rep. PAI, Intl.
