celiac block. . .need advice

Hi all,

I was in the hospital yesterday after a week of struggling with the old

pancreas. I couldn't take it anymore so I went to the hospital yesterday. .

..got pumped full of liquids and pain meds. . .sent home with pain meds and saw

my GI this morning.

He recommends that I have a celiac block injection done. Has anyone had this or

does anyone know much about it? My specialist, Dr. Fogle from IUPUI, who is

going to be one of the speakers at the Symposium, suggested that I have this

done also. My GI here in Ohio wants me to go back to Dr. Fogle to have it done.

Any and all comments are very welcomed and appreciated.

Going to take my meds and go to bed now.. . I will check back later.
