Yes Marisa, we've already counted on Angelfood cake. Marshmallows

are out, Will has some chewing issues, he's a soft foods kind of

guy. So even the angelfood cake needs to be moistened with

strawberry juice. Will is not diabetic, just has some other gi

issues. He had a nissen fundoplication for reflux that is now too

tight, so food empties too slowly out of his esophagus..that and some

chewing incoordination. So it will be a challenge to meet all of his

special dietary requirements!
