I think it would be beneficial to begin the process for an evaluation, have

your records sent to Sutherland, so he will have time to revue them before

coming to Indianapolis. I personally was hoping we could schedule a couple of

1:1

patient interviews for those considering the surgery and those previous

recipients with questions. If he has a prior understanding of your case, at

least

he will be able to offer some resourceful comments.

Unfortunately this meeting is taking up his whole day. He is flying out

Friday morning, coming for his presentation, then flying back. It will still be

a

good experience. I am glad that you are planning on coming to the panel. It is

immediately following his lecture.
