HELLO<

I am not to bright these days. I emailed out to the group, asking

that you reply to me with clinic address to send more information out

about the health journals that I created for Paige, and her clinic.

ANDDDDDDDDDDDDD apparently I had my mail set to no mail.

I know, insert word here (you are an .......). Ok, so I KNOW it is

ALOT to ask, would you all please re email me the addresses that you

have, or if you have received the information through your clinic

would you let me know. I am making the journals available directly to

the parents, but I would still like to give the info to the clinics,

and make sure I have all of them. THANK YOU
