Patty,

Funny you should say this. It seems that my dietician agrees

with you, she urged me to stay away from soy altogether. She

also said, that as a source of protein, she advised whey

products and has me using a whey protein powder with all my

meals. The powder is tasteless, so I sprinkle it in with

casseroles or sauces or into mashed potatos.....whatever, and

there's no taste.

I realize this isn't ice cream, though. I just wanted to comment

that I, too, had heard mixed reports about soy, so I'm not using it

anymore like I used to.

> The jury still out on soy. i'd do a little more research before

you start making soy any important part of your diet. Modern

proseccing methods are not at all like the orignial methods

developed by the Chinesee a 1000 years ago. II know it's not

anything I'm putting in my families diet anymore.
