Guest guest
Patty, Funny you should say this. It seems that my dietician agrees with you, she urged me to stay away from soy altogether. She also said, that as a source of protein, she advised whey products and has me using a whey protein powder with all my meals. The powder is tasteless, so I sprinkle it in with casseroles or sauces or into mashed potatos.....whatever, and there's no taste. I realize this isn't ice cream, though. I just wanted to comment that I, too, had heard mixed reports about soy, so I'm not using it anymore like I used to. With hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth South Carolina Regional Rep. Modern proseccing methods are not at all like the orignial methods developed by the Chinesee a 1000 years ago. II know it's not anything I'm putting in my families diet anymore.
