,

I put a story tape on for them to listen to. At first you think its so

cute that they love you so much they need to be with you all the time.

But now, although I still love him in there (I sleep like a log anyway),

for his sake I need to move him. Can you believe we sleep so well

together that Liam, Eilish and I can all sleep in a single bed without

any troubleLoL.

Eilish has always had her drink bottle on her desk. I have invited all

the mothers (20) from Eilish's class over next Wednesday for morning

tea. I made sure the one I knew the best is coming so I am not all

alone with the newbies. This way I am hoping to bring up Cf and discuss

what issues Eilish will have if they send their sick child to school. I

hope it gets through.

It was 41c/ 107f here today. I was tempted to keep her home, but since

the school year only started yesterday I felt it to early. Anyway the

class has lovely air-conditioning and she seemed fine. The teacher made

sure she drank every bit of her juice with salt in it.

Re: starting school year & Sleeping problems

's kids went back Monday, mine go back Tuesday! Woo hoo.... Sian

has

been in and met her new teacher, who seems very nice. We dealt with the

water bottle issues up front this year. Sian's is on her desk.

Unfortunately, Sian is at the desk furthest from the door to the toilet,

but

that's easy fixed.

Sleeping problems, yes, well, can't really give you a huge hand on this

one

. Mind you, mine go to bed quite well, Sian just doesn't stay in

hers

for more than a few hours before she tries to get into mine.

I would go for re-reading the chapter in " Toddler Taming " . I allow low

wattage lamps and relaxing/meditative music for going to bed. Sometimes

we

actually do a relaxation meditation, which is lots of fun. I have also

fitted a lock to my bedroom door (on the inside). That way no-one can

sneak

into my bed when I'm asleep.

Much love to all,
